Job summary

Personalized Nursing LIGHT House seeks a qualified Primary Therapist to join the Evening Outpatient Program in Plymouth, MI. You will deliver trauma‑informed care to adults with substance use and co‑occurring disorders, using the LIGHT Model to guide clinical decisions and recovery support.

This full‑time role offers evenings (3pm-11pm) with supervision from a multidisciplinary team. A Master’s degree and licensure are required, with preferred experience in SUD counseling and trauma‑informed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and licensure required (LLMSW/LMSW/LLPC/LPC, etc.).
• CADC, CAADC, or MCBAP Development Plan (support to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual therapy for assigned clients.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups weekly on PNLH-selected topics.
• Use the LIGHT model in assessment, education, and counseling.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and respond to client needs.
• Monitor service utilization and coordinate care with providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with authorization and billing requirements.
• Maintain client confidentiality and participate in case conferences.
• Other duties as assigned.
