Personalized Nursing LIGHT House (PNLH) seeks a qualified Primary Therapist for a part-time Saturday role in a structured residential setting. You will deliver individual and group therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders, employing the LIGHT Model to guide clinical decisions and foster sustained recovery.

The role requires a Master’s degree and licensure (LLMSW/LMSW/LLPC/LPC, etc.), with CADC/CAADC or MCBAP Development Plan preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and active licensure.
• Preferred: CADC/CAADC or MCBAP Development Plan or plan in process.
• Two years experience in substance use disorder counseling preferred.
• Familiarity with Michigan PIHP authorization processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide weekly individual therapy for assigned clients.
• Facilitate weekly group therapy on selected topics.
• Use the LIGHT model in assessment, education, and counseling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to identify client needs.
• Monitor service utilization and coordinate care with providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with authorization and billing requirements.
• Maintain client confidentiality and participate in case conferences.
• Other duties as assigned.
