Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Student Servers. No experience is required as training is provided. This role offers flexible shifts starting in the late afternoon, with meals provided during shifts and opportunities for growth within the team.

We seek student team players who can greet guests warmly, describe menu items, and deliver food promptly while maintaining exceptional service standards. This position supports our dining rooms and resident dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Current high school student, 16 years of age or older.
• Serving experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and positive, team attitude.
• Good communication and energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Record beverage and food orders in the POS, deliver and serve meals.
• Multi-task with a sense of urgency and greet guests warmly.
• Describe the day’s menu and specials, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Deliver food promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assignments may include Serving, Busser, Runner, Meal Plater, Catering, and Utility.
