Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking part-time Servers / Food Runners to service residents and guests with friendly, attentive care in Ashburn, Virginia. You will take and input orders into the POS, deliver meals, and support the dining team in a lively, hospitality-focused environment.

This role offers evening shifts typically 4:15 pm–8:00 pm, competitive starting pay, and benefits eligibility including medical, dental, vision, plus 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Record and input beverage and food orders into the POS system.
• Deliver and serve food, ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely delivery to each table.
• Deliver food from kitchen to correct tables and seat positions.
• Communicate any guest needs to the server team.
• Assist with clearing soiled dishes.
