Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking enthusiastic Part-time Servers/Food Runners to join our dining teams. You will take orders, input them into the POS, and deliver meals with a focus on guest satisfaction.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to learn and grow within a respected senior living community.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is preferred, but we will train.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Record and input beverage and food orders into the POS system.
• Deliver and serve food and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely delivery to tables.
• Deliver food from kitchen to correct tables and seat positions.
• Communicate guest information to the server and assist with clearing dishes.
