• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils; ensures proper serving temperatures and portion control.
• Interacts with customers to resolve questions or complaints in a service‑oriented manner.
• Monitors inventory, deliveries, and waste; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
