Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates kitchen, food production and food-service associates.

• Efficiently prepares high-quality food items according to recipes to meet schedules.
• Maintains proper food presentation, quality and serving temperatures.
• Manages inventory and monitors use of food to control waste.
• Ensures sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
