Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including scheduling and training.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, temperature control, and presentation.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Explains menu items to staff and customers.
• Keeps pace with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor when stock is low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
