Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the security operations at a designated location. The role includes ensuring a safe environment for visitors and employees, monitoring CCTV and systems, and responding to incidents.

The Site Supervisor manages a security team, coordinates hiring/training, schedules workflows, and conducts daily briefings. Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent
• State licensing requirements may apply
• Valid driver’s license and AU Driver Policy adherence
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory security experience or an associate degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or as designated by AUS
• Inspect guards and their performance to ensure contract compliance and quality of service
• Respond to incidents, monitor CCTV and security systems, and conduct on-site patrols
• Coordinate with the on-site manager and staff to provide guidance and receive feedback
• Develop and enforce post orders, security surveys, and training programs
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions as needed
