Distribution Management is seeking a Z shift warehouse associate to support daily operations in our Kentucky facility. You will complete pre-shift checks, coordinate with the supervisor, and help prioritize daily tasks while ensuring accuracy in outbound shipments.

You will inspect shipments, track quality variances, mentor new employees, follow SOPs, maintain a clean work area, and comply with OSHA standards.

Formación

• Must have a stable work history in a distribution center or warehouse.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Complete the pre-shift checklist and prepare equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisor to assign daily priorities.
• Identify root causes of exceptions and QC diverts.
• Inspect outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Track quality variances and suggest improvements.
• Mentor new employees with on-site trainer.
• Follow SOPs and DC policies; maintain cleanliness.
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance.
• Assist in picking and assembling orders during peak demand.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
