Job summary

Netrush in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Lead to support the management team in maintaining safety, quality, morale, and productivity for 5-20 warehouse associates. You will oversee receiving, storage, value-added servicing, and shipping of a diverse product range.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to collaborate across functions, and experience with picking/packing and WMS systems. Competitive hourly pay reflects experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse (ecommerce preferred).
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Senior presence with articulate communication style.
• Able to collaborate across functions and synthesize viewpoints into action plans.
• Adept at communicating up and down and adjusting approach to audience needs.
• Experience with picking and packing both D2C and B2B orders.
• Experience operating multiple warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the functions and workflow of warehouse workers.
• Delegate tasks and set targets; evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal requirements.
• Manage inventory; receipt, pick, pack, ship, and returns.
