Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking a 2nd Shipper I to handle shipping, receiving, and stocking finished goods for customer orders. You will operate ERP systems and tablets, pull, pack, palletize, and prepare shipments with attention to accuracy and safety. The role offers a 2:30 p.m.

to 11:00 p.m. shift and a $0.75 per hour differential. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of warehouse or shipping experience, and forklift/reach-truck operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of warehouse, logistics or shipping experience required.
• Ability to operate forklift and reach truck safely.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet.
• Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment.
• Receive, stock, and rotate product and create shipping documents.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow procedures.
