Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, stock, and ship finished goods. You will operate ERP/tablet systems, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure packaging and shipping quality. The role runs Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–5:30 PM with occasional overtime.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, PIT certification, DOT HazMat training, and at least 1 year in warehouse/shipping. Benefits include bonuses and a strong rewards package.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Includes PIT forklift certification at hire.
• D.O.T. HazMat training required at hire.
• 1 year warehouse/shipping experience required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet.
• Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment.
• Receive, stock, and rotate product.
• Identify, tag, store and locate finished inventory.
• Create and apply documents (packing list, bills of lading).
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
