Job summary

Peter Millar LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Durham, NC distribution center. The role oversees daily plans and assigns tasks, driving productivity and safety in a Monday–Friday evening shift (3:30pm–12:00am). Reports to DC leadership and collaborates across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of team leadership in manufacturing or distribution, 1+ year in current role, and experience with WMS and MS Office. Commit to safety guidelines and SOPs while ensuring high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year employed in current role.
• At least 1 year experience performing functions in WMS.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and operational goals, policies, and standards.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas for efficient activities.
• Prioritize work and manage day-to-day operations and timelines.
• Provide clear task assignments and training to DC personnel.
• Monitor productivity metrics and communicate with leadership.
