Target is seeking an Operations Manager in North Carolina to lead distribution center teams, uphold a safety-first culture, and drive strong performance across all operations.

You will coach leaders, optimize processes, coordinate across functions, and ensure on-time product flow to guests while controlling costs and maintaining quality.

The role requires a four-year degree, proven leadership, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced environments with cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center and read policies and procedures.
