Target is seeking an Operations Manager to lead distribution center teams, focusing on safety, efficiency, and staff development. The role emphasizes ownership of productivity and cross-functional coordination to hit performance targets.

Key aspects include strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to navigate policies within a fast-paced logistics environment. Schedule includes Tue–Fri, roughly 2pm–2:30am, with opportunities to influence end-to-end process improvements.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center.
