Job summary

RI International is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Crisis - Franklin County Crisis Care Center. The role will supervise staff on an overnight shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), oversee administrative needs, and participate in discharge planning and patient advocacy.

Salary is listed as $39.00–$41.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work, active behavioral health licensure, and at least two years of supervisory

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field is required; independent licensure preferred.
• State designation as required per state regulations.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned shift.
• Guide discharge planning processes and collaboration with the individual and support team.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans with individuals.
• Ensure documentation meets policy and regulatory requirements; manage compliance and risk.
• Travel may be required based on business needs and credentialing processes.
