HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to oversee overnight shifts (Mon-Fri 11pm-7:30am) and occasional evening shifts (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11:30pm), with weekend coverage as needed. The hospital is a 66-bed behavioral health facility offering adult inpatient services and partial hospitalization programs.

Qualifications

• RN license in Massachusetts (Registered Nurse)
• BSN required
• Minimum 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Provide milieu management
