Job summary

RI International is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Crisis - Cumberland Recovery Response Center in Fayetteville, NC. The role oversees staff, discharge planning, and patient advocacy within a behavioral health setting.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, state licensure in good standing, and at least two years of supervisory experience. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required.
• State designation as required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned shift.
• Guides the implementation of the discharge planning process.
• Guest Care & Advocacy: completes assessments and develops treatment plans with individuals and their support team.
• Compliance & Risk Management: ensures documentation, authorizations, and incident reporting per policy; stays updated on regulations and policies.
