Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical, psychiatric, substance abuse, and nursing care at the Crisis - Wake Recovery Response Center in Raleigh, NC. This full-time role supports individuals served and acts as a clinical liaison until enrollment elsewhere.

The RN will administer medications, conduct assessments, coordinate planning, and collaborate with community agencies. A current RN license and at least 1 year in behavioral health are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid and current state RN license (Compact licensure preferred).
• Minimum of one year in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services with health, mental health and social service agencies.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide nursing care and management of medications per protocol.
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
