Job summary

Northeast Recovery LLC is seeking a Recovery Specialist to join our 2nd shift team. You will supervise residents in a structured, supervised living environment and collaborate with the Clinical Treatment team to uphold our care standards.

The role requires CPR certification, a high school diploma, and at least one year of 12-step fellowship experience, with preference for 2+ years in the treatment field and related roles such as CNA or Behavioral Health Tech. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of 12-Step fellowship experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in treatment industry preferred.
• CNA, Behavioral Health Tech, Mental Health Tech, Recovery Specialist, Residential Counselor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct client supervision.
• Facilitating and co-facilitating client non-clinical groups.
• Providing safe client transportation.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation according to agency and licensing requirements.
