Job summary

Raleigh Recovery Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at our Raleigh, North Carolina facility. The RN will oversee nursing care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and develop individualized care plans for clients with behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities include medication administration, ongoing assessment, documentation, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing is required.
• One or more years of nursing experience in a relevant clinical area preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment preferred.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and medication administration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care; supervise care by LPNs, CNAs, and other staff on the unit.
• Assess and reassess clients and develop individual plans of care.
• Administer medications and document per policy.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team and escalate changes in condition as needed.
• Document thoroughly and ensure patient safety and accurate medical records.
