Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• CADC preferred; valid driver's license required.
• Annual certifications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and ongoing needs assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling.
• Facilitate referrals for supportive services.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage transportation for clients when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
