AtlantiCare in Atlantic City, NJ, is seeking a Case Manager for the STAR Program. The role involves comprehensive assessments, developing Family Case Plans, linking clients to community resources, and advocating for client needs.

The position requires a Bachelor's in behavioral health, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of experience with substance use disorders; a Master’s degree and CADC/LCADC pursuit are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health field required.
• Master’s degree in health, psychology, social work or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes a comprehensive case management assessment for each client.
• Develops an integrated Family Case Plan for each client.
• Links clients to appropriate care and resources in the community.
• Documents all client interactions within established time frames.
