Job summary

Sanford Health in Austin, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, resident‑centered care in a long‑term and transitional care setting. You will use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents.

The role requires MN RN licensure, a nursing degree, and the ability to work Evening Shifts (2:00pm–10:30pm) with rotating weekends/holidays. A $7,000 sign‑on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Must hold an unencumbered MN RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as appropriate.
