Sanford Health in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse for 24 hours per week (10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), every other weekend. You will provide individualized nursing care and coordinate with the care team in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualified candidates have an RN license and a nursing degree; a BSN is preferred. Eligible for a $7,000 bonus, with benefits including dental, life, disability, 401K, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident care, assessment, education and nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
