Sanford Health in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our long-term care team. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and support the RN in delivering safe, high-quality care.

This role offers a night shift with a 32-hour work week, competitive pay, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for education assistance, benefits, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, not required.
• Minimum age 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board of Nursing required or in process.
• Annual 12 hours continuing education required.
• If applicable, licensed for Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) registry.
• May be classified as Sanford Category II Driver with driving policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and vital signs.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning and mobility tasks.
• Document interactions and report changes to RN/charge nurse.

Education

High school graduate or GED required/preferred (age 16+)

Minimum age 16

Clinical/nursing assistant experience preferred

Certified Nursing Assistant certification

Continuing education 12 hours/year

State CNA certification/endorsement
