Job summary

Sanford Health in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care during 12-hour night shifts. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with residents, families and a broad care team.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred. The position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a regular night differential, with every other weekend and holiday work expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
