Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland Brainerd is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process, assess residents, and collaborate with families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate outcomes.

You must hold an RN license in Minnesota; a BSN is preferred. Evening shifts 2:00pm–10:30pm, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Good Samaritan offers comprehensive benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate families, and collaborate with the team.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and ensure safe, reliable resident care.
