Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking an RN for part-time evening shifts (2:00pm–10:30pm) to provide individualized nursing care to residents and collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.

This 42-bed facility emphasizes quality nursing in a Christian environment. An active MN RN license is required; the role includes rotating weekends, 12 hours weekly, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state (NLC if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
