Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

This part-time role shifts 2:00pm–10:30pm, 40 hours bi-weekly, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Must hold an MN RN license; a Bachelor’s in nursing is preferred, and ongoing professional competencies are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education with the care team.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as appropriate.
