Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN seeks an experienced RN to provide individualized resident care using the nursing process. The part-time evening shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, with a bi-weekly pay period and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, coordination with the interdisciplinary team, resident education, and ensuring standards of practice and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Current Minnesota RN license or multistate license.
• BSN preferred; ongoing competency and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Educate residents and participate in care planning and evaluation.
