Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland is a 42-bed long-term skilled care facility in Brainerd, MN seeking a part-time RN to deliver individualized nursing care and coordinate resident health plans.

Evening shift 2:00pm–10:30pm, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Licensed RN in Minnesota required; sign-on bonus of $5,000 offered. Join a not-for-profit with a century of service in a Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered MN RN license or multi-state license in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Collaborate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, education, and delegate tasks as charge nurse when applicable.
