You will collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, following professional standards and licensure rules.

The role may serve as charge nurse, with duties including delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and quality care across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA options.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care; delegate tasks as appropriate.
