Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our night shift nursing team at Northport, AL. You will provide hands-on care, support the nursing team, and help ensure our residents receive quality, compassionate care throughout the night.

Base pay ranges from $31.00 to $40.40 per hour, with night shift differentials of +$2.25/hour on weekdays and +$3.00/hour on weekends, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Shift is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Compassionate, dependable and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team as needed.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
