Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing is REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, or post‑acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
