Job summary

This full-time evening shift (3PM-11PM) offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match) plus PTO and holidays. RN license and current BLS/CPR required.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills with geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
