Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team under new leadership. The role is full-time and includes direct resident care on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.

Base pay ranges from $31.00 to $40.40 per hour with an evening shift differential of $2.00 on weekdays and $2.75 on weekends. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and ensure documentation is accurate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
