Job summary

Qualifications

• 24 months of training or 24 months of experience providing care to patients, preferably with developmental disabilities.
• Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment as noted in policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with case managers to implement Individual Service Plans and meet residents' needs.
• Direct the Campus Support Office operations, route calls, assign state vehicles, and log incidents.
• Oversee timekeeping for staff, approve time off and overtime requests, and ensure schedules are correct.
• Provide hands-on coaching and training using trauma-informed care and approved behavioral techniques.
• Provide corrective feedback or disciplinary action per policy and labor agreements.
• Monitor home environment for safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Work the mandatory hours; primarily 2PM–10PM, including weekends and holidays.
