Job summary

UMass Memorial Health Marlborough is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge in a varied inpatient setting.

The role requires MA RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS status is preferred or current. This non-exempt position offers a shift-based schedule with evening coverage, a 32-hour weekly baseline, and potential signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification current or in progress.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care in the assigned setting.
• Delegates appropriately to others per job description and competency.
