Shank’s Extracts, LLC d/b/a Universal Ingredients – Shank’s is hiring a Processor 2nd Shift in Lancaster, PA. The role supports the processing department, ensuring GMP compliance, accurate batch processing, and safe operation of pumps, mixers, and forklifts.

You will work with the production team to meet schedules, verify materials, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiar with ERP software and HACCP training preferred.
• Understanding GMP and process validation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Uphold GMP, sanitation, and process validation standards.
• Monitor batch processing and report results to supervisor.
• Maintain ERP-driven batch records and material tracking.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps and mixers.
• Assist in inventory counts and material handling.
