Job summary

Allegion, a leader in safety and security solutions, seeks a Second Shift Production Supervisor for Greenfield, IN. You will lead 40–50-team members on a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:30pm–12:00am; Saturdays as needed), driving operational excellence and ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, a passion for people leadership, and strong analytical skills with lean knowledge. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Implements and administers organizational functions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance.
