Job summary

Stanley Access Technologies, an Allegion brand, is seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor in Greenfield, IN to lead 40-50 team members and drive safety, quality and productivity on the 3:30pm-12:00am shift. You will hire, coach and develop staff while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and a proven track record of leading teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
• Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
• Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.
