Job summary

Allegion Canada Inc. in Greenfield, IN is seeking a First Shift Production Supervisor for Stanley Access Technologies. Lead a 40-50 person team, guide daily operations, and make staffing decisions to meet production goals.

Hours are Monday–Friday 5am–3:30pm with Saturdays as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 3+ years of supervisory experience, a proven leadership record, and a mindset focused on lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams and people.
• Analytical mindset with focus on process improvements.
• Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring completion on time and in compliance.
• Tracks processes and prepares reports for management detailing quality actions.
• Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise; monitors efficiency.
