Allegion Canada Inc. is looking for an Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead a team of hourly associates at our Indianapolis manufacturing plant. The role involves driving improvements, ensuring production accuracy, and engaging the workforce in continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably with fabrication background. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Qualifications

• 5 – 7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous experience in fabrication highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 20 to 40 hourly associates to safely produce product.
• Engage the workforce in continuous improvement of key business metrics.
• Ensure timely planning and production of material to the end customer.
