Altium Packaging is seeking a production supervisor to direct and monitor activities of manufacturing personnel and manage resources in our packaging production operations. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency across the line while upholding company principles.

You will lead a team, ensure adherence to procedures, and drive continuous improvement, including coaching, training, and performance management to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Responsabilités

• Direct and monitor activities of production personnel and manage resources employed in manufacturing of packaging solutions.
• Lead by practicing Guiding Principles and championing a safety-focused culture; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Own process improvement and drive safety, quality, production and financial results.
