Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• 2 years staff RN experience in an acute setting required.
• 2 years in a charge nurse/lead nurse role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit nursing functions and patient care.
• Assist in hiring, transferring, performance improvement and staff supervision.
