Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location. You will help the RGM run smooth, profitable shifts with a strong focus on problem-solving and team leadership.

You will be accountable for shift performance and staff guidance in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company matching, tuition assistance, meal discounts, and flexible scheduling; a bonus-eligible position is noted.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Take ownership to solve problems and seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance and support to team members during shifts.
