United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Shift Leader for the 2nd shift (5 PM–1 AM) in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role oversees guest service and store operations, ensuring a high-quality Hi Five experience and safe, efficient shift execution.

Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour with a typical 37–40 hour workweek. Reports to the Store Manager and may cover 1st/2nd/3rd shifts as needed. Requires ability to legally perform alcohol and tobacco sales and effective English communication.

Qualifications

• Shift Leaders must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service following the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Assist with shakes, ice cream items, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately; handle cash, credit and vouchers.
• Keep shelves and display cases stocked and presentable; rotate stock and check dates.
• Monitor store safety, cash controls, and adherence to policies; report to Store Manager.
