Jamba & Auntie Anne's Oakley is seeking a Closing Shift Lead to guide the evening team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure proper closing procedures, uphold food safety, and maintain a positive work environment through coaching and clear communication.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or leadership experience, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. The role supports a busy, fast-paced setting and offers growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or leadership experience required.
• Previous closing experience in a restaurant or food-service environment strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment during evening operations.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to team during assigned shifts.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
